	Fill in the first page, your profile, login and password to have access to your personal formulary.
	Click on the section « CONFERENCES & RDV »: First select the conferences for which you would like to attend, specify your availability and with the search engine and after viewing the presentation forms, select the contacts you would like to have an organised meeting and those that you decline meeting.
	Note: as a principal, you can select up to 6 conferences over 2 days and 3 conferences over only one day of participation. If you are alone representing your company and wish to attend a technical conference, no meetings will be booked at the same time.
