Information form :
Suppliers and principals fill in the online information form and inform respectively their specific sectors of activity, as well as their needs and research axis. All registrations will definitely be approved after being sent via fax, postal mail, Supplier Purchase order or Principal registration. From this point, you will be sent a login and a password for eventual form modifications. However, this will be available only until February 2008.
 
 
PCH Meetings 2008 Technical Catalogue :

Once the online technical catalogue is issued (Monday, March 3rd, 2008), you will have access to both the suppliers' and principals' information sheets, as well as a detailed program of the technical Conferences. You will then select the participants you wish to meet, but also select the ones you do not wish to meet (it is only at this moment that refusals shall be considered). You can also specify your availability and select the conferences which interest you. An issue of this catalogue will be handed over on the site, on the day of the convention, loaded on a USB key.

   
 
A customized meeting schedule :

Depending on your choices, refusals and availability, we shall elaborate a schedule of your meetings and conferences that you will receive Thursday, March 2008.

 
 
PCH Meetings 2008 :

It is up to each participant to respect the meeting schedule. Meetings, to be of 35 minutes, will take place in individual booths, for both silence and confidentiality. On the spot, the organisation team is there for you, if additional appointments are needed or if you simply have other questions.
